What you'll do

Manage the end-to-end health of CI/CD pipelines by monitoring, alerting, and resolving failures.
Establish and refine release processes including coordination of schedules, go/no-go decisions, and rollback procedures.
Design and optimize build systems to reduce build times and eliminate flaky tests.
Define the technical vision for continuous integration and delivery while selecting appropriate tools and frameworks.
Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of build and release engineers.
Establish runbooks, on-call processes, and incident response procedures for build and release infrastructure.
Develop and prioritize a roadmap that balances long-term strategic investments with near-term operational needs.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience providing technical leadership and project management for the software development lifecycle.
5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or in a related occupation.
Knowledge of engineering practices for full software/hardware/networks life cycles including coding standards, source control, and build processes.
Experience communicating with users, technical teams, and leadership to define requirements and product strategy.
Experience recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and managing teams of Software Engineers.
