Snowflake Advanced AI Solution Lead

What you'll do

• Design, build, and operationalize production-ready AI and machine learning solutions for enterprise clients.
• Formulate complex business problems into practical, scalable, and efficient AI models.
• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and high-performance computing simulations.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using DevOps and MLOps practices.
• Customize Deep Learning and Generative AI models based on specific client needs and infrastructure requirements.
• Manage large-scale datasets and perform preprocessing to ensure high-quality training inputs.
• Implement efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms for model knowledge and production use.
• Justify the business value of various model approaches to stakeholders and clients.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex AI (Cortex Agents, Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a machine learning engineer or scientist deploying models in production at scale.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience applying theoretical foundations of computer science, including system architecture and engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in distributed computing systems and architectures such as big data or cloud computing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience building and deploying AI/ML based software to a cloud environment.
• Bachelor's degree required, or an Associate's degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
• Proficiency in Python and related frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch (preferred).
• Experience with LLM APIs, and proficiency in C++, Java, R, or SQL (preferred).
