What you'll do

Build and deploy AI automation solutions using platforms like Claude Code, Cowork, and MCP server integrations.
Write, test, and maintain Python code for AI/ML pipelines, LLM applications, and data processing scripts.
Collaborate with business teams to identify operational problems and translate them into technical AI solutions.
Manage the full project lifecycle of assigned use cases from initial discovery through pilot and production rollout.
Perform prompt engineering, data preparation, and testing to ensure successful deployment of AI tools.
Track solution performance against KPIs and conduct ROI analysis to iterate on models and workflows.
Identify technical risks and contribute to design decisions regarding model selection and system scalability.
Monitor and share findings on emerging trends in LLM frameworks, agentic AI, and RAG approaches.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
A Master's degree with an AI/ML focus is preferred.
2 to 4 years of experience in AI/ML development, software engineering, or a similar technical role.
Hands-on experience with major AI platforms like Claude Code, Gemini, or ChatGPT including building with their respective APIs.
Familiarity with agentic workflows, Claude Skills, and MCP servers is preferred.
Solid Python skills are required, including experience with libraries such as LangChain, Pandas, and NumPy.
