What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end construction site solution requirements, interfaces, constraints, and behaviors.
  • Align solution behaviors, interfaces, and data flows with machine systems, office software, and architecture teams.
  • Create systems engineering artifacts including requirements traceability, design documentation, and verification evidence.
  • Resolve cross-product and cross-team integration issues impacting solution performance and readiness.
  • Participate in technical reviews and architecture discussions to ensure construction needs influence system-level decisions.
  • Support solution deployments by conducting readiness reviews, validation activities, and issue investigations.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans across multiple programs and initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Ability to understand how machine, onboard, office, network, and operational systems interact to deliver integrated construction solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex systems integration challenges through engineering analysis, collaboration, and structured problem solving.
  • Ability to balance competing program needs, technical challenges, stakeholder requests, and project timelines.
  • Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines and influence technical outcomes through communication and engineering expertise.
  • Experience defining, tracing, validating, and managing requirements while supporting end-to-end integration efforts.
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
  • Experience supporting construction, mining, quarry, or site technology solutions (preferred).
  • Experience with systems engineering practices including requirements management, interface control, traceability, and verification planning (preferred).
