What you'll do

Monitor production system health and performance to maintain agreed SLOs and SLAs.
Act as a first responder in on-call rotations to triage and resolve full-stack production incidents.
Design and maintain highly available, fault-tolerant systems across on-premise and cloud environments.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Develop operational tooling and automation scripts using Python or Go to streamline workflows.
Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters for scalability and efficient resource utilization.
Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to proactively scale systems based on traffic patterns.
Perform root cause analysis on incidents and translate findings into preventive automation and reliability improvements.

What we're looking for

3 years of hands-on experience as a systems, storage, or cloud engineer.
Expertise in Kubernetes platforms, on-premise, or cloud environments.
Expertise with at least one cloud infrastructure platform such as AWS or GCP.
Experience with configuration management tools like Puppet or Ansible.
Experience automating workflows using Python or Go.
Knowledge of Linux utilities, networking technologies, and enterprise storage platforms.
Expertise in version control systems, automated build tools, and virtualization technologies.
5+ years of experience in an SRE role supporting high-traffic, consumer-facing web platforms (preferred).
