What you'll do

  • Influence technical strategy for infrastructure architecture and cross-functional integration.
  • Develop automated tooling, alerts, and response mechanisms to identify and mitigate reliability risks.
  • Implement self-healing capabilities and automation to improve delivery speed and cost efficiency.
  • Lead the triaging and service restoration of high-impact incidents to minimize business impact.
  • Design intelligent incident routing and enhanced monitoring systems with infrastructure teams.
  • Research and implement AI-based anomaly detection to predict and prevent infrastructure failures.
  • Develop AI-powered troubleshooting copilots and LLM-driven assistants to accelerate root cause analysis.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or DevOps.
  • Expertise in AWS cloud platforms and Kubernetes-based microservices environments.
  • Proficiency in Python and Java for infrastructure automation and tooling development.
  • Hands-on experience with observability tools including Splunk, Dynatrace, and CloudWatch.
  • Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and AI/ML frameworks for predictive failure detection.
