What you'll do

Instrument code and application technology stacks to generate metrics on availability, performance, and resiliency.
Influence technical strategy for cross-functional impacts and architecture rationalization.
Develop automated tooling, alerts, and response mechanisms to identify and mitigate reliability risks.
Engineer solutions to increase delivery speed while maintaining technology standards for sustained reliability.
Implement preventative controls, self-healing capabilities, and automated service restoration processes.
Lead the triaging and service restoration of high-impact incidents to minimize downtime.
Research and implement AI-based anomaly detection and LLM-driven operational assistants for troubleshooting.
Maintain current metadata repositories for IT applications and infrastructure assets.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or DevOps.
Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and CloudWatch.
Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.
Expertise in AWS cloud platforms and Kubernetes-based microservices environments.
Strong proficiency in Python and Java for infrastructure automation and tooling development.
Experience with Oracle and SQL Server relational database technologies.
Experience in AI/ML frameworks for observability and predictive failure detection (preferred).
