What you'll do

Instrument the application technology stack to generate metrics on performance, availability, and system health.
Influence technical strategy for architecture rationalization and cross-functional integration across the organization.
Develop automated tooling, alerts, and response mechanisms to identify and mitigate reliability risks.
Implement self-healing capabilities and automation to improve delivery speed and cost efficiency.
Lead the triaging and service restoration of high-impact incidents to minimize downtime.
Design intelligent incident routing and enhanced monitoring systems in partnership with infrastructure teams.
Research and implement AI-based anomaly detection to predict failures and automate preventive measures.
Develop LLM-driven operational assistants and AI-powered runbooks to accelerate root cause analysis.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or DevOps.
Expertise in AWS cloud platforms and Kubernetes-based microservices environments.
Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.
Proficiency in Python and Java for infrastructure automation and tooling development.
Hands-on experience with observability tools including Splunk, Dynatrace, and CloudWatch.
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and AI/ML frameworks for predictive failure detection.
