What you'll do

Design, develop, and troubleshoot end-to-end software solutions for complex systems.
Build and maintain secure, high-quality production code including synchronous integrations and algorithm maintenance.
Create architecture and design artifacts to ensure implementation adheres to specific constraints.
Analyze large datasets to create insights, visualizations, and reporting for continuous improvement.
Define and operationalize site reliability metrics such as SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
Manage cross-team operations including infrastructure planning, data center migrations, and audit compliance.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate incident triage, troubleshooting, and automated workflows.
Identify patterns in operational signals to prioritize improvements for system reliability and toil reduction.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and production/operational stability.
Strong coding skills in Linux, Bash, and Python.
Proven ability to develop, debug, and maintain enterprise-scale code including database querying and SDLC knowledge.
Practical experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security practices.
Deep expertise in SRE best practices, including reliability, scalability, performance, and toil reduction.
Strong operational tooling knowledge including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform, and network troubleshooting.
Familiarity with SIP / VoIP (preferred).
