What you'll do

Deliver end-to-end software solutions including design, development, and troubleshooting for complex systems.

Use enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate incident triage, troubleshooting, and pattern identification.
Manage change and release practices while resolving blockers to ensure delivery excellence.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on experience across system design, application development, testing, and production/operational stability.
Strong coding skills in Linux, Bash, and Python.
Proven ability to develop, debug, and maintain enterprise-scale code, including database querying and SDLC.
Practical experience with Agile, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security practices.
Deep expertise in SRE best practices including reliability, scalability, performance, security, and toil reduction.
Strong operational tooling knowledge including Docker/ECS/Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitLab/Terraform, and network troubleshooting.
Familiarity with SIP / VoIP (preferred).
