What you'll do

Configure, maintain, monitor, and optimize application infrastructure through code and cloud technologies.
Implement infrastructure, configuration, and network as code for assigned applications and platforms.
Develop and implement deployment and reliability approaches using automated CI/CD pipelines.
Use enterprise-authorized AI to accelerate incident triage, troubleshooting, and post-incident analysis.
Utilize AI tools to identify patterns in operational signals and prioritize improvements based on SLO outcomes.
Validate all AI-assisted operational recommendations before applying changes to production environments.
Proactively resolve complex problems by monitoring service level indicators and objectives.
Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for incident response and time-sensitive maintenance activities.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in site reliability engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Proficiency in site reliability culture and principles to implement reliability within applications or platforms.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java/Spring Boot, or .Net.
Working knowledge of using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for SRE workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Experience in observability including white and black box monitoring, SLO alerting, and telemetry collection.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery tooling.
Familiarity with container orchestration and troubleshooting common networking technologies.
Participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation for incident response and maintenance.
