As a Site Reliability Engineer III within the Corporate Technology, Corporate Know Your Customer team, you will solve complex business problems by configuring, maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing applications and their associated infrastructure. You will independently decompose and iteratively improve existing solutions while promoting site reliability engineering best practices to your peers. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing infrastructure, configuration, and network as code, developing automated continuous integration and delivery pipelines, and utilizing enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for incident triage and identifying reliability risks. The role requires proficiency in Python, Java/Spring Boot, or PySpark, along with experience in observability, telemetry collection, and service level objective alerting. You will work to ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of platforms while managing technical processes involving cloud infrastructure and container orchestration to resolve issues before they impact customers.

What we're looking for
Formal training or certification on site reliability engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
Proficiency in site reliability culture, principles, and implementation within applications or platforms.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java/Spring Boot, or PySpark.
Working knowledge of using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support SRE workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Ability to validate AI-assisted operational recommendations before applying changes while following security requirements.
Proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a specific discipline such as Cloud or AI.
Experience in observability, including white/black box monitoring, SLO alerting, and telemetry collection.
Familiarity with container orchestration and CI/CD tooling (preferred).
