What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years of applied experience.
Ability to code in at least one programming language.
Working knowledge of using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for SRE workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Ability to assess AI-assisted operational recommendations for correctness, risk, and security controls.
Experience maintaining a cloud-based infrastructure.
Familiarity with site reliability concepts, principles, and practices.
Familiarity with observability including white/black box monitoring, SLO alerting, and telemetry collection.
Familiarity with containers or common server operating systems like Linux and Windows.
