What you'll do

Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate software promotion from development to production.
Lead DevOps automation initiatives and implement best practices across the organization.
Monitor and maintain system availability, latency, and health while scaling systems through automation.
Conduct root cause analysis and lead blameless postmortems following production incidents.
Provide system design consulting, capacity planning, and launch readiness support for new services.
Identify operational gaps and provide feedback to development teams based on ITSM platform activities.
Manage risk and compliance across all environments while ensuring high availability and performance.

What we're looking for

BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (e.g., Physics, Mathematics) or equivalent practical experience.
Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, scripting, software design, and pipeline management.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages including C, C++, Java, Python, Go, Perl, or Ruby.
Experience working with large-scale distributed systems and troubleshooting them effectively.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git/BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, and Chef.
Strong background in designing and implementing efficient CI/CD flows to move code from development to production.
Proven track record of working across development, operations, and product teams.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make decisions with urgency.
