What you'll do

• Manage supplier labor in coordination with contractors and internal teams to align schedules and deliverables.
• Negotiate and manage change orders to address schedule compression and acceleration needs.
• Facilitate inspections and sign-offs of MEP/OFCI equipment upon delivery at construction sites.
• Oversee post-award site delivery scheduling, on-time performance, and reporting for suppliers.
• Serve as liaison between supplier, engineering teams, and supply chain to execute complex design alignment.
• Monitor quality-related issues and report findings to the quality team and category management.

What we're looking for

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field with 6+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operations.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field with 8+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operations.
• Experience managing projects in active construction environments.
• Hyperscale data center or large building construction experience in owner or general contractor capacity.
• Proven ability to manage change orders and negotiate contracts effectively.
• Effective communication skills for diverse groups across organizational levels.
• Ability to implement new processes and drive results in ambiguous situations.
