What you'll do
Conduct supplier assessments and qualifications for optical materials to ensure compliance with standards.
Develop and manage supplier scorecards and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Lead structured business reviews and executive-level engagements to strengthen supplier relationships.
Establish category strategies for optical glass, substrates, coatings, and enabling materials.
Negotiate commercial frameworks and contracts to secure supply assurance and protect intellectual property.
Develop suppliers through structured plans to meet scaling and technical maturity requirements.
Assess and mitigate supply chain risks across various factors to ensure reliability.
