Site Lead, Data Center Operations, JoinOCI

What you'll do

• Independently manage one or more data centers, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
• Lead performance trend analyses to identify operational improvements and implement enhancements.
• Proactively monitor facility health and develop strategies to mitigate risks using advanced tools.
• Oversee new region builds and expansions, serving as the primary liaison for project teams.
• Manage escalated technical issues and provide on-the-ground leadership during incident resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis following incidents or crises to update documentation and improve processes.

What we're looking for

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in data center operations management.
• Proven ability to lead performance analyses and implement operational improvements.
• Expertise in using advanced automation and monitoring tools for risk mitigation.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on new region builds and expansions.
• Experience overseeing installations, repairs, inventory management, and logistics tasks.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and update documentation post-crisis or incidents.
• Knowledge of industry best practices (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) for process improvement.
