We are seeking a Principal Data Center Construction Manager to provide expert oversight and technical leadership for the construction of data centers by colocation providers. This individual contributor role requires hands-on expertise in managing base building and MEP infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet schedule, quality, and design requirements through strategic coordination and independent execution. The successful candidate will coordinate tenant fit out integration throughout all phases of a project and maintain excellent communication with stakeholders for clear updates and effective engagement. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields, along with at least 10 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects focused on data center infrastructure. Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, design coordination, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. This role demands extensive travel, making it crucial for candidates to possess robust communication and problem-solving abilities.
