Director, Data Center Cost Control Team Lead

What you'll do

• Own the cost management strategy for gigascale projects from early design through closeout.
• Build standardized processes and systems for cost controls across multiple sites.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
• Implement a robust change control process to manage scope and cost impacts.
• Champion AI and advanced analytics for cost risk indicators and productivity signals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to program leadership on complex cost topics.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of progressive experience in cost management for large capital projects
• Expertise in estimating, forecasting, change control, and contract evaluation
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, cost drivers, productivity, and sequencing
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with cost systems and project controls tools
• Ability to build executive-ready reporting and drive disciplined monthly performance routines
• Experience on hyperscale/gigascale programs preferred
• Certifications in CCP (AACE), MRICS, PMP, or equivalent beneficial
