What we're looking for
5+ years experience in product management and business analysis in pharmaceutical or biotech environments
Deep expertise in clinical trial feasibility, site selection processes, and real-world data ecosystems
Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with proven track record
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels
Fluent English proficiency for effective international collaboration
Ability to translate complex scientific requirements into actionable product objectives
