What we're looking for

At least 6 years of professional IT experience or equivalent education and experience.
Experience in managing IT infrastructure and MES systems in a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with 24x7x365 technical operations, including network performance monitoring.
Ability to integrate manufacturing technologies and drive process improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and project management within budget constraints.
Proven ability to manage cybersecurity threats and provide on-call support for IT issues affecting production.
