What you'll do

Manage and oversee construction project budgets, including forecasting, cost tracking, and financial analysis for building projects.
Develop and implement organizational procedures, safety standards, and risk mitigation strategies for work sites.
Lead vendor management processes by developing RFIs/RFPs, selecting suppliers, and negotiating contract terms.
Direct the full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, scope management, and quality assurance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
Manage construction logistics, materials, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Analyze data and financial metrics to identify cost-effective solutions and improve project outcomes.
Oversee incident management and problem-solving processes to ensure service restoration and operational continuity.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
12 to 15 years of related experience or equivalent experience.
15 years of experience working on data center projects.
10 years of project management experience.
10 years of people management experience.
Ability to manage construction budgets, including forecasting, cost analysis, and tracking expenditures for building projects.
Proficiency in vendor management, including developing RFIs and RFPs and managing supplier relationships.
Expertise in risk management, safety compliance, and navigating complex regulatory requirements.
