What you'll do

Manage the planning, design, and construction of multi-building or campus-scale data center projects.
Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget while implementing controls to ensure delivery predictability.
Conduct risk analysis and develop strategies to mitigate potential losses and manage safety requirements.
Manage vendor relationships by developing RFIs/RFPs and ensuring compliance with security policies and contracts.
Lead cross-functional teams across different time zones to coordinate design, engineering, and commissioning activities.
Provide executive-level communication including project reporting, escalation management, and strategic business alignment.
Ensure all construction activities comply with local/international regulations and internal quality assurance standards.
Resolve conflicts and manage incidents by identifying root causes and implementing structured response processes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
12 to 15+ years of experience in construction project management or related fields.
15+ years of experience specifically working on data center projects.
Experience leading multi-building or campus-scale construction programs and managing large technical programs.
Ability to manage project scope, budget, cost analysis, and risk management for construction projects.
Proficiency in vendor management, including RFI/RFP development and contract negotiation.
Strong executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional design, engineering, or commissioning teams.
Ability to work on active construction sites while complying with all PPE requirements.
