As a Site Deployment Manager E2E (End-to-End), you will serve as a senior individual contributor leading cross-functional deployment execution for OCI data center sites, expansions, and infrastructure readiness programs. You will translate complex requirements into actionable plans while managing risk logs, dependencies, and site readiness from initial planning through final operational handoff. Your daily work involves coordinating with construction, engineering, network, security, and logistics teams to resolve blockers related to power, cooling, and space availability. The role requires expertise in project management, infrastructure delivery, and data center operations within a mission-critical environment. You will utilize tools such as Smartsheet, Primavera, MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, and DCIM systems. Key competencies include technical project management, cross-functional influence, and the ability to manage complex schedules for high-availability cloud infrastructure and large-scale facility deployments.
Lead cross-functional workstreams for new data center sites, expansions, and infrastructure readiness programs.
Manage project artifacts including deployment plans, risk logs, action registers, and readiness trackers.
Translate technical requirements into field-ready schedules, handoff criteria, and owner-based action plans.
Resolve deployment blockers related to site access, power, cooling, materials, and safety protocols.
Validate commissioning evidence and documentation to ensure successful turnover to operations teams.
Coordinate with construction, engineering, network, and security teams to align execution with site readiness.
Provide executive-ready status reports highlighting schedule health, risk exposure, and required escalations.
Identify process gaps to improve deployment playbooks, dashboards, and governance routines.
What we're looking for
6 to 10+ years of experience in technical project management, site deployment, data center operations, or infrastructure delivery.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, operations, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience leading cross-functional deployment or readiness programs in data centers, cloud infrastructure, colocation, or critical facilities.
Strong project management skills including managing schedules, scope, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
Ability to influence across engineering, construction, operations, network, security, logistics, and vendor teams without direct authority.
Proficiency in executive-level reporting and creating structured plans in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Experience with Smartsheet, Primavera, MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, CMMS, DCIM, or other deployment tracking tools (preferred).
Familiarity with data center power, cooling, network, physical security, and PMP, PgMP, Six Sigma, OSHA, or construction management certifications (preferred).
