Site Deployment Manager E2E (End-to-End) serves as a senior individual contributor leading cross-functional execution for OCI data center sites, expansions, and infrastructure readiness programs. The role involves translating complex deployment requirements into actionable plans while managing risk logs, dependencies, and site readiness from initial planning through final operational handoff. You will coordinate across construction, commissioning, engineering, network, security, logistics, and asset management teams to resolve blockers related to power, cooling, space, and materials. Key responsibilities include developing field-ready schedules, maintaining executive-ready status reports, and improving deployment playbooks. The role requires expertise in project management, site readiness, and infrastructure delivery within mission-critical environments. Preferred tools include Smartsheet, Primavera, MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, CMMS, and DCIM. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of data center power, cooling, network systems, and physical security protocols to ensure day-one operational supportability.
Lead cross-functional workstreams for new data center sites, expansions, and infrastructure readiness programs.
Manage project artifacts including deployment plans, risk logs, action registers, and executive status reports.
Coordinate with construction, engineering, network, security, and logistics teams to align site readiness milestones.
Translate technical requirements into field-ready schedules, handoff criteria, and owner-based action plans.
Resolve blockers related to site access, power, cooling, materials, tooling, and safety protocols.
Validate commissioning evidence and documentation to ensure successful turnover to operations.
Identify process gaps to improve deployment playbooks, templates, and governance routines.
Mentor project coordinators on deployment discipline and communication standards.
What we're looking for
Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in the relevant field.
Must have 8+ years of experience in technical project management, site deployment, data center operations, or infrastructure delivery.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, operations, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience leading cross-functional deployment or readiness programs in data centers, cloud infrastructure, colocation, telecom, or critical facilities.
Proficiency in project management including schedule, scope, risk tracking, and executive-level reporting.
Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
Experience with Smartsheet, Primavera, MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, CMMS, DCIM, or deployment tracking tools (preferred).
PMP, PgMP, Six Sigma, OSHA, commissioning, or construction management certification (preferred).
