What you'll do

Lead technical engagements between Apple and silicon and IP suppliers across all development phases.
Drive technical direction with supplier teams in architecture, design methodology, hardware, and software.
Oversee joint hardware and software verification, validation, and qualification activities to ensure on-time completion.
Manage productization tasks for high-volume manufacturing, including characterization, validation, and statistical analysis.
Filter and distill critical technical and business data into actionable information for data-driven decision-making.
Direct multi-functional debug efforts and manage development during dynamic, schedule-driven crises.
Manage design complexity and large technical teams using advanced EDA tools and approaches.

What we're looking for

BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
20 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in integrated circuit design and design automation tools.
Hands-on experience with front-end and back-end digital tool suites, including place and route, synthesis, and design verification.
SOC Implementation Skills.
Deep knowledge of EDA tools and approaches for managing design complexity and large technical teams (preferred).
Strong communication, program management, and social skills (preferred).
Comfort with dynamic schedule-driven development, crisis management, and directing multi-functional debug efforts (preferred).
