What you'll do

Manage warehouse and kitchen operations while delegating tasks to Operations Associates.
Oversee inventory management, equipment maintenance, and protection of company assets from loss or theft.
Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers to resolve issues.
Serve as the primary point of escalation for daily operational challenges and team inquiries.
Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and quality across both warehouse and kitchen environments.
Train and guide team members to ensure they work productively and safely during their shifts.
Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating pallet jacks or hand trucks.
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve overall operational quality and the customer experience.

What we're looking for

Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Proven track record of success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate a pallet jack and hand truck.
Willingness to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate.
Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on site needs.
