Shift Lead - Chicago, IL As a Shift Lead for DashMart, you will join a local-fulfillment center team to manage daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. What you'll do

Manage warehouse and kitchen operations while delegating tasks to Operations Associates during assigned shifts.

Coordinate smooth handoffs for Dasher pickups in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure productive and safe work environments.

What we're looking for

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Proven track record of success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack and hand truck.
Willingness to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate.
Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on site needs.
