What you'll do

Manage warehouse and kitchen operations while delegating tasks to Operations Associates during assigned shifts.
Oversee inventory management, equipment maintenance, and the protection of company assets from loss or theft.
Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers to resolve any issues.
Serve as the primary point of escalation for daily operational challenges and team inquiries.
Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and quality across both warehouse and kitchen environments.
Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating pallet jacks or hand trucks.
Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure productive and safe work shifts.
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve overall operational quality and the customer experience.

What we're looking for

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Proven track record of success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack and hand truck.
Willingness to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate.
Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on site needs.
