SharePoint Farm Administrator

What you'll do

• Lead a team of SharePoint administrators in managing enterprise-level system infrastructures and functional specifications.
• Perform daily operations including site creation, maintenance, performance tuning, and storage allocation.
• Implement critical patches and monitor system logs to identify and resolve technical anomalies.
• Manage infrastructure across IT boundaries including network, database, and system administration functions.
• Develop and update user documentation, training materials, and technician manuals for SharePoint services.
• Monitor daily performance and initiate remediation actions in accordance with approved procedures.
• Resolve ITSM incident, problem, and service request tickets or delegate them to the team.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Active Security+ certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• 4+ years of experience as a SharePoint Farm Administrator.
• 3+ years of experience supporting SharePoint users.
• 3+ years of experience as a SQL Database Administrator.
• Proficiency in IIS Management, Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, and PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of Windows networking, authentication (Kerberos/PKI), and troubleshooting tools like Process Monitor and Fiddler.
