What you'll do

Administer and optimize SharePoint site collections and subsites across multiple classified networks.
Perform routine server maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and configuration changes to ensure system availability.
Develop and manage custom workflows, forms, and reports using Power Platform and other approved tools.
Partner with government customers to document requirements, define project scope, and estimate delivery timelines.
Monitor and resolve technical issues affecting servers, applications, and operating environments.
Implement and enforce security policies to ensure site collections comply with customer standards.
Maintain documentation and continuity books to support established tasks and procedures.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience, or a master's degree with 6+ years of experience.
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Active IAT Level II DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE) or ability to obtain within 30 days.
3+ years of experience in information systems management focusing on SharePoint administration, cloud technologies, and database construction.
2+ years of experience with SQL and/or Dataverse and Active Directory Federated Services.
Proficiency in administering on-premises SharePoint Server environments, including server configuration, patching, and farm-level components.
Working knowledge of Modern Work, Copilot, machine learning, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Microsoft Office 365 certification (preferred).
