What you'll do

Gather and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Maintain and support modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM, and HRSD.
Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
Develop automation workflows and perform unit testing following established coding standards.
Support the development of use cases and testing procedures to verify product functionality.
Assist with implementation plans, SOPs, and system architecture documentation.
Configure environments for applications and support release management and production activities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
1–2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform or demonstrable foundational knowledge of its architecture and capabilities.
Basic familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM concepts.
Experience or coursework with JavaScript/Glide, HTML5, jQuery, and CSS.
Ability to work within an Agile framework including daily scrums and ceremony participation.
Interest in or exposure to ServiceNow custom-scoped application development (preferred).
Exposure to Flow Designer (preferred).
Exposure to system integrations (preferred).
