What you'll do

Gather and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Maintain and support modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM, and HRSD.
Configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
Develop automation workflows and perform unit testing to ensure functionality.
Create system architecture documentation, standard operating procedures, and implementation plans.
Manage environment configurations and support release management activities.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and update stories within ServiceNow to track progress.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
1–2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform or demonstrable foundational knowledge of its architecture and capabilities.
Basic familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM concepts.
Experience or coursework with JavaScript/Glide, HTML5, jQuery, and CSS.
Ability to work within an Agile framework including daily scrums and ceremony participation.
Interest in or exposure to ServiceNow custom-scoped application development (preferred).
Exposure to Flow Designer (preferred).
Exposure to system integrations (preferred).
