Provide technical advice to clients on software support and platform optimization.

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience with JavaScript.
1+ years of experience with HTML and CSS.
Experience with ServiceNow development tools and modules.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and management.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
2+ years of experience working on UI and UX scripts (preferred).
2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development tools and modules, including in the ServiceNow System Admin role (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree.
