What you'll do

Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow implementations.
Create custom workflows and build service requests to meet business and technical requirements.
Develop views, reports, and scripts to automate routine tasks.
Implement integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.
Perform system, integration, and Section 508 compliance testing.
Monitor application health, usage, and compliance while recommending efficiency enhancements.
Train and mentor junior team members.

What we're looking for

Must possess a TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer.
Ten years of experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope and complexity.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or five years of additional systems administration experience in lieu of a degree.
Compliance with DOD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAT Level II (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security).
Experience with Linux/UNIX system troubleshooting.
Proficiency in JavaScript or other high-level programming languages and web-based interfaces like HTML, XML, and CSS.
Ability to create technical documentation and mentor junior team members.
