What you'll do

Deploy, develop, and integrate the ServiceNow suite on RHEL and Windows platforms.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise tools using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Automate ServiceNow deployments and tasks using Ansible, Python, Terraform, and PowerShell scripts.
Implement security hardening and compliance controls to support RMF authorization and DISA STIG benchmarks.
Monitor application performance and build dashboards to proactively remediate system issues.
Troubleshoot complex system problems and perform documented Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Create technical documentation including design specifications, runbooks, and user guides.
Perform system performance analysis and tuning to optimize configurations and throughput.

What we're looking for

Must possess a TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph.
Must have 10 years of experience based on a combination of work history and education.
Must be compliant with Department of Defense (DoD) 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2.
Must have at least 1 year of relevant ServiceNow experience.
Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SDLC methodologies is required.
Must have experience in the concept, design, engineering, production, and sustainment phases of ServiceNow system development.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
Must be able to work on-site in Chantilly, VA, five days per week.
