What you'll do

  • Map and translate legacy business workflows into ServiceNow while aligning with platform best practices.
  • Port functionality from legacy applications into ServiceNow while retaining and optimizing critical business logic.
  • Identify implementation gaps and propose workflow-driven customizations to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Manage backend databases to maintain data integrity and optimize performance for ServiceNow environments.
  • Create and optimize SQL/T-SQL queries for reporting, data migration, and troubleshooting mission-critical operations.
  • Develop ServiceNow scripts including client scripts and business rules using JavaScript.
  • Support and deploy applications in on-premises server environments, including maintenance and patching.
  • Migrate SharePoint Server functionality from 2013 to 2019 to ensure seamless integration and user adoption.

What we're looking for

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in enterprise application support or development is required.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, workflow design, and Flow Designer is required.
  • Mid-level expertise in SQL and T-SQL for writing queries and handling data migration is required.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting is required.
