Senior Workplace Coordinator

What you'll do

• Lead the planning and execution of workplace events, activations, and office experiences to strengthen company culture.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics including vendor coordination, catering, room setup, and internal communications.
• Provide front-of-house hospitality by greeting employees, visitors, and vendors with a service-oriented mindset.
• Resolve employee requests through internal support channels with urgency and accountability.
• Conduct regular office walkthroughs to identify and resolve maintenance, safety, and operational issues.
• Manage vendor relationships for cleaning, catering, maintenance, and other essential office services.
• Monitor and coordinate the replenishment of office supplies on a weekly basis.
• Track workplace spending related to events, supplies, and general office operations within budget constraints.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in workplace, office coordination, hospitality, events, employee experience, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and execution within an office, hospitality, or employee-facing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in managing vendor relationships, budgets, and administrative processes.
• Proficiency with workplace technology and productivity tools including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work onsite at the Austin office on a consistent basis.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs for event setup or workplace support.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset with high emotional intelligence.
