Manager, Workplace

What you'll do

• Manage general office operations and serve as primary point of contact for all workplace requests.
• Develop and deliver transparent communications to employees regarding workplace updates and improvements.
• Plan, manage, and deliver workplace projects on time within budget and scope.
• Track site operational expenses and prepare financial reports for senior management.
• Monitor and manage vendor relationships for outsourced services and projects.
• Manage and mentor associate workplace managers to ensure effective workload and professional growth.
• Oversee office supplies, equipment, and food service stock levels to meet daily needs.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of progressive experience in workplace operations or facilities management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to build business partnerships and resolve complex issues independently.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and operational expenses using data analytics.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on prioritization, multitasking, and creative problem-solving.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strict adherence to safety guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in multi-site facility management preferred.
• Familiarity with specialized workplace management software or advanced ticketing systems beneficial.
