As a Senior Workforce Enablement Advisor at Q2, you will join a dynamic team focused on integrating AI into the organization's fabric. Your role involves designing and delivering comprehensive enablement plans that cater to diverse business units, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary skills to thrive in an AI-driven environment. This role requires expertise in L&D, change management, and proficiency with AI tools, along with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous environments effectively.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce enablement strategy.
Conduct learning needs assessments to identify gaps and priorities within teams.
Design and continuously improve structured AI proficiency learning pathways.
Develop and recommend bespoke upskilling approaches for evolving roles due to AI.
Facilitate knowledge sharing forums with AI Champions to surface best practices.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field with 8+ years of experience in L&D, HR business partnering, organizational effectiveness, management consulting, or program management.
Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and a track record of experimenting with emerging technologies.
Experience designing and delivering learning programs for professional audiences using both structured curricula and informal approaches.
Background working directly with senior business leaders as an advisor or consultant, with strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset with experience building trusted relationships across a distributed, cross-functional network.
