Senior UAS Integration Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and execute test infrastructure and procedures for next-generation radar and electronic warfare solutions.
• Support all phases of product flight and ground tests from prototyping through manufacturing transition.
• Lead the generation and execution of test procedures, including range safety and flight clearances.
• Define, develop, and execute integration, product, and flight test plans.
• Write safe, maintainable test procedures and training programs for product integration and test activities.
• Develop standardized training programs for multiple UAS platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers in UAS product integration and test planning principles.
• Coordinate with range and test facilities to manage flight clearances and safety requirements.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in developing standardized training programs for multiple UAS platforms.
• 10+ years of experience developing flight test plans, risk assessments, and flight reports.
• 10+ years of experience developing and executing comprehensive unit, subsystem, and system test cases.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Ability to travel.
• Previous experience in the U.S. Military (preferred).
• Experience with radar, electronic warfare equipment, Python, Net, and NI platforms (preferred).
