What you'll do

Execute the test approach and document system verification throughout the engineering development lifecycle.
Generate system test work products by applying appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools.
Develop test and diagnostic programs and design test fixtures and equipment.
Create specifications and procedures for new products.
Develop functional, environmental, operational, and performance tests on hardware, software, and systems.
Implement cost-effective methods for testing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and systems.
Develop test automation scripts to support system integration and verification.
Analyze and break down requirements to develop test plans and procedure documentation.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire (preferred).
Limited experience with system integration and verification, preferably including ground-system testing (preferred).
Clear understanding of test engineering concepts, principles, and theories.
Clear understanding of object-oriented programming, system processes, and scripting languages.
Familiarity with satellite operations, ground operations, and Linux experience (preferred).
