As a Test Engineer, you will join a collaborative team to execute test approaches and document system verification throughout the engineering development lifecycle. Your daily responsibilities include generating system test work products using established standards, developing diagnostic programs, and designing test fixtures and equipment for new products. What you'll do

Execute the test approach and document system verification throughout the engineering development lifecycle.
Generate system test work products using appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools.
Develop test and diagnostic programs for new products.
Design test fixtures and equipment to support product testing.
Create specifications and procedures for hardware, software, and systems.
Develop functional, environmental, operational, and performance tests for various technologies.
Implement cost-effective methods for testing and troubleshooting during development and manufacturing.
Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
Experience with test programs including planning, approach, development, review, execution, and close out activities.
Ability to develop functional, environmental, operational, and performance tests on hardware, software, and systems.
Outstanding communication skills for contact with managers, project teams, customers, and vendors.
Ability to grasp new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities (preferred).
Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation (preferred).
