What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of full-cycle technical talent acquisition experience in engineering roles.
  • Proven ability to recruit Test Automation Engineers, Systems Test Engineers, and Electrical Test Engineering professionals.
  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced in-house environment for exempt engineering positions.
  • Strong engagement skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and referrals.
  • Ability to build talent maps and generate market insights for technical communities.
  • Onsite or hybrid work capability at the Atlanta, GA location.
