What we're looking for

8+ years of full-cycle technical talent acquisition experience in engineering roles.
Proven ability to recruit Reliability and System Safety Engineers for complex projects.
Experience in a fast-paced in-house environment, preferably with agency background.
Strong on-site or hybrid presence at Costa Mesa, CA office required.
Familiarity with credentialing landscape for reliability and safety engineers preferred.
Knowledge of ITAR policies related to hiring practices in regulated industries beneficial.
