Senior Technical Program Manager

What you'll do

• Coordinate delivery plans for CI/CD workflow orchestration and deployment-system initiatives from planning through operational handoff.
• Partner with engineering, product, and security stakeholders to define milestones, dependencies, and success measures.
• Track execution across teams to identify delivery risks early and drive follow-through on decisions and escalations.
• Support programs that automate manual developer work through self-service capabilities and consistent deployment practices.
• Operationalize safeguards for AI-assisted engineering, including auditability, policy controls, and compliance checkpoints.
• Coordinate rollout and change-management activities across a geographically distributed environment with a focus on reliability.
• Use delivery and operational signals to improve team predictability and developer experience.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of program management, project management, product operations, engineering operations, or related experience in a technical environment.
• Experience coordinating software delivery, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, CI/CD, release engineering, or comparable technical programs.
• Ability to work with engineering teams to understand technical workflows, dependencies, operational risk, and delivery tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated ability to create clear plans, track milestones, communicate status, and solve problems with stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on precise documentation and follow-through.
• Collaborative, data-informed approach to improving processes in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
• Experience in CI/CD, cloud-native environments, security/compliance, or AI-assisted developer tools (preferred).
