What you'll do

Coordinate delivery plans for CI/CD workflow orchestration and deployment systems from planning through operational handoff.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of program management, project management, product operations, engineering operations, or related experience in a technical environment.
Experience coordinating software delivery, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, CI/CD, release engineering, or comparable technical programs.
Ability to work with engineering teams to understand technical workflows, dependencies, operational risk, and delivery tradeoffs.
Demonstrated ability to create clear plans, track milestones, communicate status, and resolve problems with stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for precise documentation and consistent follow-through.
A collaborative, data-informed approach to improving processes in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools and continuous delivery.
