What you'll do

Lead all steps of the development lifecycle from initial concept to model training and deployment.

Use Jira and Confluence to manage bug databases, reporting, and comprehensive program updates for leadership.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize the overall execution process.
Manage the Vision AI development and productization workflow for production-grade AI applications.
Oversee AI-specific challenges including model accuracy KPIs and human-in-the-loop validation processes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
8+ years of end-to-end Program Management experience in a similar or related role.
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.
Experience with Jira to guide engineering teams on tool usage and agile/scrum implementation.
Proven track record of being organized, detail-oriented, and able to build consensus in environments with shifting priorities.
Prior Program Management experience with Vision AI or AI application development (preferred).
Strong understanding of Embedded Systems and Software Product Life Cycle (preferred).
