What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of end-to-end Program Management experience in a similar or related role.
Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.
Advanced proficiency with Jira to guide engineering teams and implement agile/scrum processes.
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage shifting priorities, build consensus, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with Vision AI or AI application development including data acquisition, model training, and edge deployment.
Strong understanding of Embedded Systems and the Software Product Life Cycle for production-grade AI applications.
