Senior Technical Program Manager, GPU Software

What you'll do

• Align the chipset and product roadmap with the software team's capacity and global priorities.
• Coordinate dependencies across functional areas and identify planning gaps to keep the team on track.
• Make prioritization decisions and represent the software team to other internal groups.
• Partner with hardware, release planning, and customers to maintain a complete picture of software.
• Propose and develop new methods to handle projects and unify planning systems.
• Define and track metrics to improve execution efficiency.

What we're looking for

• 12+ overall years of program management experience in delivering software products.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or similar field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of balancing short-term delivery with long-term improvements to planning, processes, and team capabilities.
• Past experience as a software developer (preferred).
• Knowledge of SOC, GPU, or CPU project management (preferred).
• Background in graphics, machine learning, or accelerated computing (preferred).
• Experience with software productivity tools and process automation (preferred).
