Senior Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Implement high-performance Vision AI pipelines for real-time and streaming scenarios using deep learning models.
• Develop large-scale distributed services to process video, image, and 3D data in edge and cloud environments.
• Build multi-modal perception capabilities that integrate 2D, 3D, and temporal information to understand complex scenes.
• Use simulation and synthetic data tools to build, test, and validate perception algorithms at scale.
• Profile and tune GPU-accelerated inference pipelines to meet strict latency, efficiency, and reliability targets.
• Translate product and research requirements into robust technical builds and production-quality services.
• Lead technical build reviews and mentor other engineers on Vision AI systems development.

What we're looking for

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of professional software development experience using modern C++ (14/17/20) and Python on Linux.
• Strong computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and distributed systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in computer vision and deep learning with a focus on Vision-Language Models (VLM).
• Experience building and debugging high-performance concurrent systems involving multi-threading, asynchronous I/O, and memory management.
• Proficiency in Linux environments using containers and microservices to integrate AI components into scalable back-end services.
• Practical experience with PyTorch for training, fine-tuning, and deploying models for vision tasks.
• Experience with GPU acceleration (such as CUDA or TensorRT) and low-level optimization for inference.
