Senior Technical Program Manager, IT Experience Engineering

What you'll do

• Manage large-scale, complex programs through the entire lifecycle from inception to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, work plans, and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies while developing contingency plans.
• Engage with senior leadership to secure alignment and approval on program status and milestones.
• Facilitate program meetings to drive decision-making, remove obstacles, and resolve critical issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and governance standards.
• Manage program budgets by performing quarterly forecasting and tracking expenditures.
• Lead post-project retrospectives and knowledge transfers to ensure continuous process improvement.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 7 years of Technical Program Management experience in a highly matrixed environment.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience executing technical programs using hybrid delivery models like Waterfall and Agile.
• Must have experience managing programs specifically within the IT Experience Engineering space.
• Must possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Must hold relevant Agile certifications, such as Scrum Master or SAFe.
• Must demonstrate strong knowledge of leveraging AI tools to create delivery management efficiencies.
• Must possess excellent executive communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be able to manage multiple large-scale, complex programs while navigating a fast-paced environment.
