Senior Technical Program Manager, IT Experience Engineering

What you'll do

• Manage the full lifecycle of large-scale, complex, and cross-functional IT programs and projects.
• Coordinate with product management and engineering to define scope, deliverables, resources, and work plans.
• Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies while developing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Engage with senior leaders to track status, gain stakeholder alignment, and secure approvals on deliverables.
• Drive program meetings to facilitate key decisions, remove obstacles, and address critical issues.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, governance standards, and metrics.
• Coordinate project interdependencies across portfolios and manage quarterly budget forecasting and tracking.
• Support PI Planning and other work planning efforts to synthesize outputs into program materials.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a highly matrixed environment.
• Minimum of 3+ years executing technical programs/projects in a hybrid delivery model (Waterfall & Agile).
• Experience managing programs in an agile model such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Previous experience managing programs in the IT Experience Engineering space.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Agile certifications such as Scrum Master or SAFe.
• Strong knowledge of leveraging AI tools to create delivery management efficiencies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
