What you'll do

  • Manage the ServiceNow HRSD product roadmap, prioritization, and strategic direction for HR shared services.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Employee Center Pro, Knowledge Management, and case management workflows.
  • Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design functional configurations to optimize HR business processes.
  • Drive the enterprise knowledge strategy ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all regions and domains.
  • Manage portal content standards including taxonomy, metadata, service catalog structure, and audience targeting.
  • Participate in ServiceNow’s semi-annual release process to identify and implement new features and capabilities.
  • Perform data analysis and generate reports to support business decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the product team and shared services teams.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience working with ServiceNow applications, including HRSD, Employee Center Pro, and Knowledge Management.
  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience configuring ServiceNow capabilities in service delivery, portals, and knowledge management.
  • 5+ years of experience generating reports for analysis, data auditing, and supporting business team requests.
  • 3+ years of experience owning a digital product or enterprise platform with accountability for roadmap and prioritization.
  • 2+ years working with AI-enabled capabilities within ServiceNow, including AI Search, virtual agent, and predictive intelligence.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred).
  • Strong technical background, attention to detail, knowledge of Moveworks, and experience leading a team (preferred).
