What you'll do

Perform hands-on technical design, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Okta service for customers.
Lead multiple concurrent customer deployment projects to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements to provide innovative consulting services.
Manage project scope, schedules, status, and documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Mentor and train customers on the service while providing guidance to less experienced team members.
Act as a liaison between customers and Product Management to drive product development and improvements.
Apply knowledge of protocols like SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OpenID Connect to support identity federation.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for existing customers.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Must have an active Top Secret Clearance.
Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen, National, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee).
5-7 years of experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers.
Experience with identity federation and access control protocols including OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, and WS-Federation.
Software development experience in languages such as Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, or REST/JSON.
Experience with JavaScript and a major MVC framework like Backbone, Angular, Ember, or React.
U.S. Citizen, National, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee.
